  • Bella Vista is a carefully restored Victorian home offering a more personal experience than a chain hotel. Original architectural details, restored hardwood floors, and historic character remain throughout the property.

  • During restoration we chose natural oil finishes instead of polyurethane coatings. The original hardwood floors were preserved using traditional methods that avoid many modern synthetic finishes. Guests often comment on the warm appearance and feel of the wood throughout the home.

  • To help preserve the original hardwood floors and maintain a clean environment for all guests, we ask guests to remove outdoor shoes while inside the home.

    Indoor slippers, socks, and soft soled footwear only. A complimentary pair of slippers can be provided.
